Call for beta testers

Beta Testers

We are rapidly approaching the release of the TTA Pulse app. To ensure smooth launch, we would like to perform a short beta testing cycle. Contact us if you would like to become a beta tester!

Who can be a beta tester?

Everyone experienced enough to play Through the Ages in Super Blitz and is excited to try something new. Testers should have the 'New Leaders and Wonders' expansion and be rank 10 or above in the official app. Availability at specific times (see below) is critical during the beta testing. Due to the limited group size, we can't guarantee that there will always be other players to be matched against at other times. We will try to ensure that no unexpected issues arise, but it's online and beta, so anything is possible.

When can we start testing?

We are setting up 3 test days, and each of the days will have 3 time-frames (total of 9 time-frames). Each session will last for about 2 hours. You should be able to join at least one:

US evening testing

China evening testing

Europe evening testing

What are we going to do?

We will provide you links for access to the app. You will login through the CGE account webpage

You will be able to explore the app, and search for matches with other beta testers available at the time.

When matched, you will see your opponent, and a match will be automatically created in the official app.

You can play the game, or just resign and test another match. Matches during the beta will not count on your profile after the official launch.

After the game, you will see results in the TTA Pulse app, along with your division, rank, and progress.

You will be able to complete the above steps multiple times, and share your experience with us.

What to look for?

We want to ensure smooth and intuitive experience for everyone. Critical feedback will be highly appreciated. You will have the opportunity to impact some of the decisions we make, helping the community in this new adventure. We will be available on reddit and discord in section #tournament_help to answer any questions and suggestions. At the end, you will answer a survey about your experience.
